Job Description
Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for supervising performance management activities including reviewing and challenging key performance indicators and targets, complex performance analysis, reporting to monitor performance towards achieving strategy, initiatives and plans.
Specific Operational
· Assist in the development and/or update of dashboards and scorecards in line with strategy and initiatives to measure progress and effectiveness
· Review and challenge key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance targets (KPTs) including definitions and formulas ensuring proper cascading to individual level to enable effective monitoring of initiatives and plans implementation progress
· Ensure the continuous update of database of all KPIs for tracking and measurement purposes
· Assess CHI annual performance and analyze issues faced in order to make adjustments and develop tactics to the next year strategic plan
· Develop progress and performance reports in coordination with departments highlighting overall strategy and departmental performance, achieved results and deviations and recommend improvements to be implemented in next planning cycle
· Evaluate and analyze the impact of insurance products and services per sector and re-assess prioritization if needed
· Work on the implications of performance deviation in coordination with concerned departments to mitigate risks and drive optimal performance towards objectives
Education, Certifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Certificate in insurance is preferable
· Government Performance Manager Certification or Strategy Execution or any other equivalent certification is preferable
· Basic requirements of oral and written English language (Basic)
Experience
· 5+ years of relevant experience
· Experience in performance monitoring, reporting
· Previous experience in insurance sector or healthcare sector or government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
